The Monterey Chapter leads MCPA efforts in California's central coast area and is the MCPA's first Chapter. We organize events that provides truly world-class networking and learning for anyone in the borader military cyber community since the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), Defense Language Institute (DLI), and Silicon Valley are in our footprint. From the first Monterey Chapter event (and first MCPA event) at the NPS Foundation cottage with NPS President (Admiral Route) awarding the Order of Thor medal to numerous personnel that supported the founding of the MCPA.
